Job Overview:

Hybrid Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager of eCommerce Operations to oversee and optimize our online retail channels and processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and improve eCommerce workflows, optimize and streamline product listings, and optimize customer experiences to influence sales growth. This role is essential to the seamless functioning of our eCommerce platforms, and the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the overall online shopping experience for our customers on multiple retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all online sales channels.
  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are in good standing while monitoring product and sales feeds.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery by optimizing our workflows and services.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory automations and work with internal teams to maintain real stock levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with customer service to enhance the online shopping experience, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs in both front and back of house.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment on promotions, product launches, and site updates.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment processors, logistics providers, and platform developers as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure eCommerce operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, licensor guidelines, and data protection laws.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, with a strong understanding of online retail processes and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Shopify and more.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
