About The Role

Windsor is seeking motivated individuals who love to learn and grow their skills, and who want to help their teammates do the same. The Marketing Coordinator will support Windsor's business development efforts by coordinating process and preparation of winning proposals, qualifications, and presentations, creating relevant marketing materials, collaborating with teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance visibility of our brand,

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate Windsor’s core values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings, proposal and qualification task scheduling, review, production, and delivery activities
  • Follow through with assigned proposal and qualification tasks to meet critical deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal and external points of contact to gather requested information and materials
  • Track proposal and qualification efforts and ensure scheduled milestones are met
  • Prepare/write proposals and presentations that highlight the Windsor Way, our 5 Cs.
  • Assist in writing marketing and technical content
  • Assist in gathering costs for proposal submissions utilizing excel
  • Proofread to ensure continuity and compliance with legal, technical, and marketing specifications
  • Support presentation efforts including presentation development, resumes, materials, and logistics
  • Maintain, organize, and populate detailed data in Windsor's CRM and Files
  • Assist with coordination of conferences, client events, and other related business-development activities
  • Enhance Windsor’s visibility within target markets.
  • Proactively stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in carrying out other programs and projects as identified to support a World Class Employee and Client Experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in A/E/C industry with development of proposals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, marketing, or communications preferred
  • 3+ years of experience creating content with InDesign
  • Excellent technical writing, editing, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Understanding and effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to grow customer base and enhance customer relationships.
