Job Description
We seek a Junior Technical Operations Specialist to support the Division of Health Benefits (DHB) Provider Operations Unit. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders and teams to ensure technology requirements are effectively met, supporting both the NCTracks system and the new Provider Data Management/Credentials Verification Organization (PDM/CVO) modules. The Junior Specialist will assist in the timely and accurate implementation of processes, data analysis, issue resolution, reporting, and change management processes for Provider Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with business leaders and teams to understand and translate technology needs through internal and external service providers.
  • Assist in the implementation of new and existing processes in NCTracks and PDM/CVO, including planning, requirements gathering, prioritization, and coordinating Customer Service Requests, service tickets, File Maintenance Requests, and defect management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional workgroups to gather, test, validate, and analyze data; evaluate the impact of modifications, and resolve data transmission errors to support Provider Operations.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to track Provider Operations performance.
  • Serve as a key contact for managing change control processes and technical activities within Provider Operations.
  • Support other projects and activities as needed to ensure efficient and effective operations.
