Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud IT Engineer with strong development expertise to join our innovative team. This role will be responsible for managing cloud-based IT infrastructures while also contributing to the development and automation of cloud-native applications and services. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management:
    Design, implement, and maintain cloud environments on platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365, ensuring scalability and high availability.
  • Automation & Scripting:
    Automate cloud operations and infrastructure provisioning using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Cloud-Native Development:
    Collaborate with development teams to create, deploy, and optimize cloud-native applications using microservices and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines:
    Build and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline application deployment, ensuring smooth updates and feature releases.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance:
    Implement security best practices, including encryption, access control, and monitoring, to protect cloud environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure cloud infrastructure meets the needs of all stakeholders, improving performance and security.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Monitor cloud environments to ensure efficient operation and cost optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
    Provide end-to-end support for cloud platforms, including infrastructure issues and cloud-native application performance concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    1-4 years in IT and cloud engineering roles, with experience in both cloud infrastructure management and development/scripting, preferably in a cryptocurrency/blockchain company.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
    • Strong scripting and automation skills.
    • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
    • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles in cloud environments.
  • Preferred Certifications:
    Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or relevant certifications.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on automation and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
