Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for providing access controls, technical assistance and support across our centers. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company.

Work location: Travel to all center locations when needed is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 40 per week

Schedule: On call, weekdays, weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain Wi-Fi, network, phone, etc.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions; onboarding and offboarding user permissions
  • Maintain alarm access, key fobs, logins, devices, and other
  • Purchase, pickup, and setup of new devices. Distribute to assigned users.
  • Maintain AppleID and Samsung ID security settings, add and remove users as needed
  • Track and assist with reissuing and troubleshooting iPads, tablets, laptops and other devices
  • Assist with network administration tasks, including managing user access rights and security settings
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution of technical issues
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
  • Document technical procedures and create user guides
  • Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are in place
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • IT support: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and concepts
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) for managing user settings
  • Familiarity with network administration tasks, such as configuring routers and switches
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server)
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) including tablets and iPads
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools
  • Tracking and resolving technical issues
  • Reliable transportation to all center locations when needed is required
