  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Product & Risk Disclosure Analyst.
Location: Boston, MA (Channel Center, Seaport area), 4 days in-office, One day Remote.
Duration: 7 Months Contract.

Top 3 must-haves:
o Project management-type skills. Although this is not a project management role, the majority of the work is project-like , i.e., creating and managing work according to a timeline, working with colleagues outside of the team to make sure they complete their work on time; extremely organized.
o Follow-up & documentation skills are key: making sure all questions, comments, open items are resolved, all procedures and tasks are completed and documented, attention to detail.
o Superior time management, self-motivated and able to function as an individual contributor AND the ability to support other teammates during times of high-volume.
Top 3 nice to haves :
o Prior financial industry experience especially in Common Investment Trusts and Collective Investment Trusts, ETFs and Mutual Funds.
o Document reviews, any experience in managing 40 Act Fund registration statement (prospectus & statement of additional information)
o Deadline driven work; all of our work is driven by a hard deadline, most of those deadlines are regulatory deadlines with no wiggle room.
