Client is looking for an experienced SAP FI / FSCM / BRIM Architect to focus on improving their business process in SAP S/4HANA and advising them on best practice

Skills and Experience_

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Learning Hub.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enable Now, and deploying training curricula via Workday LMS and SharePoint.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of SAP Ecosystem Knowledge
  • Expertise in learning authoring tools, including but not limited to Enable Now, Articulate 360, Microsoft Word, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit.
  • Strong skills in documentation tools like Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, LucidSuite).

Skills and Experience_

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on SAP Learning Hub usage data.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize SAP Learning Hub functionality to support continuous learning.
  • Content Publishing and Management
  • Managing and streamlining the publishing process for learning content on digital platforms.
  • Content versioning, updates, and ensuring timely publication in line with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with SAP Functional teams to ensure training materials align with ongoing projects.
  • Learning and Development (L&D) Coordination
  • Coordinating between multiple teams involved in learning and development initiatives, including both content creation and distribution.
  • Presentation and Communication Design
  • Creating engaging and visually appealing narratives using Keynote, Pages, or similar tools for leadership-level presentations.
  • Storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex data into easy-to-understand visual reports.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Generate, interpret, and present data-driven reports related to learning platform usage, providing actionable insights to leadership.
