  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Infor Techno/Functional Analyst with a solid development background and business knowledge in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including integration experience within supply chain and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role supports a highly customized environment and requires in-depth experience with Infor (preferably older versions like 9.1) and RPG programming. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, debugging, and coding abilities to deliver tailored solutions in a complex system landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a techno-functional analyst, balancing both technical development and functional knowledge within the Infor ERP system.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis into existing code, offering insights into system functionality and supporting debugging initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Order-to-Cash process to provide end-to-end support, including enhancing supply chain and WMS integrations.
  • Drive development efforts in a highly customized ERP environment, ensuring efficient and reliable system modifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for manufacturing and CPG client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Infor ERP Knowledge: Expertise in Infor ERP, preferably version 9.1, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot different system versions.
  • RPG Programming: Proficient in RPG, with proven experience in researching and debugging programs to resolve complex issues.
  • Development Skills: Strong development capabilities with the ability to adapt and customize solutions within the Infor ERP framework.
  • Order-to-Cash Process Understanding: Comprehensive business knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process, with experience in integrating supply chain processes, particularly within WMS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders across different functional areas.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
