Job Type: Full Time (5 months)
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: 25.70 - 27.67/hr
Job Description
We at PDS Tech are seeking an Operating Engineer to oversee the maintenance and optimization of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You ll be responsible for ensuring safety, functionality, and high performance in our building operations.
ResponsibilitiesConduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain work areas, and supervise contractor work.
Track system performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years in commercial building maintenance.
Certifications: EPA 608 Type II (Universal preferred).
Skills: BMS controls, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
