  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ComResource is looking for an Identity Access Management Engineer.

We are looking for a talented Identity Access Management Engineer with hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ and IDNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance Identity Access Management (IAM) processes.
  • Manage and troubleshoot LDAP, SSO, SAML, and WS Federation implementations.
  • Work with cloud applications such as Office 365, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams and end-users to resolve access-related inquiries and issues.
  • Provide 3rd tier support, including potential non-core hours.

Essentials:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and IDNow.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IAM, LDAP, SSO, SAML, WS Federation, and cloud applications.
  • Certifications: SailPoint and/or Okta certifications are a plus.
  • Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a global engineering-focused team.
