What You Will Need To Be Considered for this Opportunity:
Cisco Telephony VOIP experience
Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express
Configuration, installation, and Troubleshooting (Cisco CUCM, Voicemail, VoIP Endpoints & servers)
Experience with Endpoints: Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator, SIP Soft Phones
** SIP experience is preferred.
** Strong ROOT CAUSE TROUBLESHOOTING & CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Hands-on experience on the below Cisco Unified Communications Applications devices
Knowledge and experience with Teams Voice
3rd Party telephony vendor experience
* Experience in Networking is a plus!
* Certifications are highly preferred But not required!
