  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles Responsibilities

1 User Research and Analysis

a Conduct user research to understand existing application screens

b Analyze research findings and translate them into design insights and actionable recommendations

2 UIUX Design

a Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web interfaces

b Design responsive and accessible user interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers

c Develop intuitive navigation and user flow to ensure a smooth user experience

3 Collaboration and Communication

a Collaborate with product owners developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints

b Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders

c Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

4 Design System Development

a Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components library

b Ensure adherence to design guidelines and best practices across all products and platforms

5 Usability Testing and Iteration

a Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback on designs

b Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results

c Ensure continuous improvement of the user experience

6 Visual Design and Branding

a Ensure that designs are aligned with Synovus branding and visual identity

b Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that enhance the overall user experience

7 Documentation and Reporting

a Document design processes guidelines and best practices

b Prepare reports and presentations to communicate design decisions and project status

Qualifications

1 Experience

a 6 years of experience in UIUX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

b Proven experience in designing responsive web interfaces and user experiences

2 Technical Skills

a Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma or similar

b Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices

c Experience with wireframing prototyping and usability testing tools

d Knowledge of HTML CSS and frontend development principles is a plus

3 Soft Skills

a Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

b Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams

c Ability to document design processes and provide clear concise reports

d Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
