Business Operations Analyst

Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with system management, development, maintenance, and internal project coordination. This role supports Operational Excellence, Professional Services, Customer Success, and internal teams. The Business Operations Analyst will work closely with cross-functional departments, triaging requests, managing workflows, and contributing to process documentation and system administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Triage and respond to incoming requests from internal teams, including Operational Excellence, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

- Assist with internal project coordination and system management activities, including asset management and process automation using tools like Smartsheet and Power Automate.

- Monitor, maintain, and support system automation workflows, ensuring smooth operations and a positive user experience.

- Participate in system administration tasks, including managing users, maintaining assets, and validating processes to identify and resolve issues.

- Support project management efforts such as converting service agreements and estimates and assisting with documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

- Assist in testing and validating workflows and processes to ensure functionality from start to finish.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Tech-savvy with experience in systems like Smartsheet, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify problems and propose solutions.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to dive into data, participate in AI-based insights, and work through processes thoroughly.

- Customer-focused, with the ability to build strong, credible relationships cross-departmentally.

- Team player, with the ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

- Experience with IT tools and process automation is preferred.
