We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our patient-facing applications not only look good but also provide an excellent user experience. You will work closely with our outsourced development team to maintain coding standards, implement best practices, and ensure consistency across our platform.

Requirements:
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our applications, focusing on usability and accessibility
  • Adhere to established coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Manage and coordinate with our outsourced frontend developers to implement features, enhancements, and customizations efficiently
  • Identify ongoing needs for product changes and enhancements, working to prioritize and implement these updates in collaboration with the outsourced team
  • Conduct thorough testing of frontend features to ensure functionality across different devices and browsers
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience
  • Maintain clear documentation of frontend processes, coding standards, and project updates to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications of the Position

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or coordinating with outsourced development teams.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, APIs) is a plus.
