Job Description

We are looking for someone who is willing to show up everyday and work hard. As the Stucco Estimator you will be in charge of analyzing project blueprints and specifications, leading in estimating and project management efforts, working on multiple projects simultaneously and being able to work closely with team members.

Requirements

• Be on time to work everyday
• Read and understand blueprints and plan specifications
• Understand scope of work and calculate bids and compile take-off data to prepare proposals using On Screen take-off software
• Prioritize and multi-task
• Work under minimum supervision
• Work independently
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Work closely with team members
• Bilingual in Spanish would be helpful but not required
• Ged or High School Diploma
• Experience with residential, commercial & multifamily projects or other related estimating a plus

Responsibilities

• Read and implement plan and blueprint specifications.
• Process material orders
• Work on both MS Word and Excel
• Lead in estimating as well as project management efforts
• Work on different projects at once effeciently
• Work closely with team members
• Be diligent and efficient with your working hours

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7am-4pm
