About the Role


As the Manager of Influencer, Ambassador & Athletes for AN Performance/Applied Nutrition (USA), you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement in the crucial US market. You'll spearhead the development and execution of a dynamic influencer marketing strategy, cultivate relationships with brand ambassadors, and forge partnerships with inspiring athletes.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with Applied Nutrition's US brand goals and target audience. Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential influencers, ambassadors, and athletes across relevant fitness and health disciplines.
  • Influencer Management: Lead the influencer recruitment process, identify and build relationships with key influencers on various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Negotiate contracts, manage campaigns, and track performance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Ambassador Program: Cultivate a network of brand ambassadors who embody the Applied Nutrition ethos. Develop engaging activation strategies for ambassadors, ensuring consistent brand messaging and content creation across platforms.
  • Athlete Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with inspiring athletes across various sports. Secure endorsements, negotiate sponsorships, and activate athlete partnerships to drive brand loyalty and sales growth.
  • Content & Measurement: Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and athletes to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the US target audience. Develop and implement a robust system to measure campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and sales conversions.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, athlete partnerships, and the ever-evolving social media landscape.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or sports marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of the fitness, health, and sports nutrition industry in the US.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring campaign performance using relevant metrics.
  • Passion for Applied Nutrition's brand values and a deep understanding of the athlete and fitness enthusiast mindset.
