We are thrilled to invite a Meeting/Event Assistant to our dynamic team, operating remotely with a focus on delivering exceptional events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with event staff to plan and execute a variety of meetings and special events, ensuring every detail is accounted for, from venue selection and catering to transportation and presentations.
  • Support the organization of 1-10 events each week, catering to attendance numbers ranging from 150 to 500 participants.
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison during team gatherings, effectively engaging with leaders, assistants, and event contacts to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Work alongside the facilities team to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees, handling logistical details with precision.
  • Provide comprehensive support for national team events, including building access coordination, managing event pages/RSVPs, and resolving any attendee issues that arise.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency in Google-based platforms for effective planning and communication.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a customer-first mindset to enhance the attendee experience.
  • A positive attitude, along with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of onsite event planning experience in any industry is required.
  • Experience in hospitality settings, such as conferences, banquets, or restaurant events, is highly advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role.

Compensation And Benefits
