Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and internal protocols.
• Engage in budgeting and forecasting initiatives, delivering valuable financial insights.
• Guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal reporting and tax requirements.
• Oversee the creation of the company's annual financial report.
• Manage all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
• Establish robust internal controls surrounding revenue, expenditures, and budgets.
• Lead the annual audit process and function as the main point of contact for external auditors.
• Develop and enforce financial controls and accounting methodologies.

• Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with system implementation or migration projects.

• In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance matters in financial management.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
