We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Client Relations Specialist to join our fully remote workforce. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in select states, including AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA, and MO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the client communication process, effectively responding to inquiries related to technical accounting, product offerings, pricing, and procedural matters.
  • Utilize superior customer service and problem-solving abilities to manage and mitigate client escalations.
  • Facilitate clients through product transitions and ensure timely follow-ups on resolutions.
  • Prepare and elucidate additional billing charges, ensuring transparency in client transactions.
  • Coordinate the process of client terminations when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse clientele.
  • Gain insights into client business models to provide customized support and advice.
  • Offer guidance on best practices for client communication.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO), with certification being a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Capacity to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience within a multi-client context.
  • At least 3 years of client service experience managing diverse tasks for small business owners.
  • Comprehensive understanding of small business accounting and tax services.
