Job Summary

The Regional Franchisee Manager will work under supervision of the Director of Franchisee Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that Franchiseeoperations are managed and performing efficiently and effectively up to company standard.

Compensation

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the hiring and training of departmental managers.
  • Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental managers.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Attend sales meetings and report sales and ordering.
  • Conduct and documents store visit.
  • Enforce Yummi Sushi operations standard (RCAC and BCAC).
  • Assist store recruiting, new opening, and existing transferring.
  • Develops strong working relationships with the store managers and Franchisee.
  • Visits stores regularly to inspect stores operations.
  • Monitoring sales flow and working to always increase sales.
  • Operated Sushi bar until managed by Franchisee.
  • Recruit local chef and franchisee.
  • Supervise assigned region local chef and Supervisor.
  • Main contact person for assigned region.
  • Will report directly to the Director of Franchisee Operations.
  • Executing Brand Compliance Audit Checklist.
  • Executing Regulatory Compliance Audit Check list.
  • Increase sales.
  • Make sure franchisee orders 20% (it is controllable- No bonus or promotion if the numbers are not achieved).
  • Understand steritech and coach franchisees on steritech audit.
  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
  • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
  • Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
  • Overseeing the whole operations of assigned region.
  • Write weekly reports of assigned regions
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
  • To cover and coordinate Sushi Chef replacements and proactively planning contingencies to cover operations.

Qualifications

  • Criteria 1, 2, 3 and 4
  • (Criteria # 4) – must be working toward mastering criteria #4 (Leadership Skills)

  • Sushi Chef – able to handle at least $ 2500 weekly sales.
  • Understanding of all Yummi sushi products
  • Sushi Menu – including ingredients in each item

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
