We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Marketing and Sales Team. Here at Invitica Solutions, we have a diverse portfolio of clients for whom we design promotional advertising campaigns. The CSR we bring on board will help us with our continued growth while focusing on our client s mission; providing an effective platform in our community to continue raising brand awareness as well as helping to increase their productivity.
Responsibilities of CSR:
- Build long-lasting professional relationships with consumers, provide an excellent customer experience, make every interaction memorable
- Provide a detailed presentation of our client's mandate to create more community awareness
- Build connections and interact with consumers in-person to ensure customer satisfaction
- Expand your knowledge of Communications, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development, and Event Management while working closely with Industry-Leading Professionals
CSR Requirements:
- Be able to build relationships with new and existing customers
- Have experience in business development, brand development, account management, client acquisition, or related experience is preferred
- Be able to work in a team and independently with minimum direction
- Have a reliable form of transportation, a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle is preferred
- Be available for full-time hours
