  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Testing, both manual and automatic, of a variety of software products to verify our software meets the quality standards as expected by our customers
  • .Review user stories and technical specifications and work with R&D engineers and product marketing to create test plans
  • .Strive to continuously Improve testing methodology and tools
  • .Testing of software with interconnected hardware products
  • .Reporting, documenting and organizing of issues found within the software
  • .Documentation of testing procedures and how they are applied to our software and hardware
  • .Contribute to the release process including the documentation, maintenance and distribution of release notes and instructions
  • .Collaboration with software engineering teams, product marketing & sales, application engineers and customers to determine problems with function and workflow
  • .Third-line support for customers: bug reporting and troubleshooting in collaboration with Application and Software Engineers
  • .Responsible for product alpha & beta test programs including working directly with customers
  • .Participation in agile/scrum teams while providing feedback on software design and scheduling
  • .Document usage and contribute to the knowledge database
  • .Help in creating, implementing, executing, and guarding optimized processes, policies, and procedure
