ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Own Project Plan and Lead Project Team
- Time, Budget and Risk Management
- Onsite Presence
- Project Close-out

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING:
- Plan and implement projects.
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Create project schedule.
- Lead project team milestones and deadlines.
- Manage labor budget.
- Track deliverables.
- Create work order and schedule labor.
- Attend construction meetings.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Implement and manage change orders.
- Implement and manage punch lists.
- Evaluate and assess result of projects.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- A Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in business, communication, or related field.
- 4 years or more proven work experience in project management.
- Audio visual industry experience desired.
- Excellent communication skills; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Writes clearly and informatively.
- Ability to lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- Able to tolerate stress.
