ASI is actively recruiting a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support numerous efforts.

JOB DESCCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level LMS Administrator to manage and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS), primarily focusing on Moodle and Articulate tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing our LMS to ensure an effective and engaging learning experience for users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

LMS Administration:
  • Manage and maintain the Moodle platform, including user account creation, course setup, and system configuration.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Implement updates and enhancements to the LMS in collaboration with IT and instructional design teams.

Course Development and Management:
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to create and integrate engaging eLearning content using Articulate tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise).
  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of online courses and training programs.
  • Monitor course effectiveness through feedback and analytics, making necessary adjustments.

User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and learners on the use of Moodle and Articulate tools.
  • Develop user documentation and training materials to facilitate effective use of the LMS.

Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze reports on course completion, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in LMS usage and user satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, instructional design, and content creators, to align LMS initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on eLearning trends and best practices, incorporating them into LMS strategies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, preferably with Moodle and Articulate.
  • Strong understanding of eLearning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse users.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic programming is a plus.

  1. Experience in a government training environment.

LOCATION: 100% Remote

SALARY: $100,000 - $105,000
