Role Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our developer tools and infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and smooth deployment processes. You will closely collaborate with development teams to provide the resources and tools needed for efficient, secure, and scalable development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform)
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of developer tools and environments.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to implement and integrate new tools, platforms, and automation solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Manage cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
  • Implement security best practices across the development and deployment environments.
  • Provide support and guidance on DevOps best practices to internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar, managing CI/CD pipelines and developer tools.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong scripting skills (Go, Python) for automation and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar) and logging solutions (OpenTelemetry).
  • Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and access control management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-security environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on DoD IL5+ accredited DevSecOps pipelines
  • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (NIST, FEDRAMP, CMMC, etc.).
  • Previous experience supporting large developer teams (50+) building SaaS/PaaS products
