responsibilities:

Desired Qualifications:

-Hands on experience with Thread Dumps, Heap Dumps Analysis (JMC/JFR experience a big plus).

-Have a general understanding of Java code, reading java stack traces, deep understanding of threads/pools concepts and Garbage Collection.

-Ability to develop performance scripts independently using LRE

-Ability to design, execute and analyze different Load, Stress, Break, Soak and Chaos testing scenarios.

-Having work experience in 'Service Virtualization'

-Have a complete understanding with hands-on experience in all aspects of Performance Testing and Engineering

-Ability to determine bottlenecks using tool & analysis when facing application performance issues

-Hands-on use of APM & other monitoring tools (preferably Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, Elastic, JMC/JFR, MAT, Dynatrace)

-Linux experience is mandatory (tail/edit logs, copy files, check processes, determine CPU, uptime...the basics)

-Experience with JMC (java mission control) to take JFRs

-General understanding of AI

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
