The Corporate Treasury Department is responsible for capital raising, managing financial risk, cash management and investment management for The Walt Disney Company on a global basis and has an unparalleled reputation for developing innovative techniques and strategies across product areas. The Department actively manages banking relationships, working capital for worldwide operations, foreign currency exposure, oversees financing and capital raising activities, and directs the investment of retirement assets. The department works closely with internal businesses/stakeholders and external banking partners to support the Company’s global business initiatives.

Every single day is different! On any one day you might:
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for Treasury executives
- Handle and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, as appropriate
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage calendars and scheduling of meetings with Disney senior management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Manage Treasury invoices and ensure that they are uploaded, processed and approved in a timely manner
- Oversee daily management of the physical office space, including ordering office supplies, catering and other department needs
- Other ad-hoc projects and requests, as needed
- At least seven to ten years of office/equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
