Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting: Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) based on initial sketches and specifications provided by architects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility, participating in team meetings to discuss project progress.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing project documentation, including specifications, material lists, and cost estimates.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure that designs align with site conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Revisions: Update and modify existing drawings to reflect changes or improvements as directed by senior staff.
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and a basic understanding of building codes and construction methods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in drafting and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
