There's currently a full-time Concur Systems Administrator opportunity available with a fast growing company in New Brighton, MN. This position will be Hybrid (3x/week) onsite in New Brighton, MN. The Concur environment at this company today is very complex as each OpCo has set up Concur in a way that works for them. There is a large project that will eventually solve for this and get everyone on one version, but for now, the company needs someone to provide configuration and support as the current Director handling this work does not have bandwidth.
Description:
This person will be the point person for all Concur Systems Admin needs and will be responsible for configuring and supporting Concur.
Responsibilities:
Directly reconfigure and optimize the SAP Concur T&E (Expense only) system to align with organizational objectives and streamline processes.
Apply hands-on expertise to customize workflows, expense types, and policy settings within SAP Concur.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure effective integration of the T&E module with other financial systems and ERP solutions.
Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders and translate these into actionable configurations within the system.
Support training sessions, ensuring users gain a comprehensive understanding of the system's capabilities and best practices.
Actively participate in the testing phase, identifying, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth deployment.
Provide post-implementation support and continue to optimize the system based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Top Skills Details:
1. 3+ years of direct experience as a hands-on Concur Systems Admin
2. Experience as a Concur Systems Admin in a large, global company- must have experience with this in a complex environment
3. Excellent communication skills and prior experience working at all levels of the organization, including VP and above
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience in hands-on SAP Concur T&E configurations and implementations.
Strong knowledge of expense management processes.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
At least 1-3 years' experience in either T&E, treasury, bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or administrative support.
Working-level knowledge of Excel.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach
Demonstrated interest or related experience in corporate travel, expense management or financial services
Well-organized and reliable
An analytical mind with strong business acumen
Fluency with SAP Concur and Adelman/BCD is a plus Experience with multiple Public Sector Concur Implementations
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience
Understanding of integration to SAP Finance/FI/CO/FM required
Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP Concur implementations
Experience testing new roll outs and enhancements to ensure things flow to production smoothly
