Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician

Job Description

You will be responsible for the upkeep of production mixing and coating machines to ensure continuous manufacturing processes. Your role is essential to the success of the production area, as any contamination could ruin the product. You will disassemble machine parts after each production run, transport them to the wash room using a push cart (maximum weight 30 lbs), carefully wash and dry each part using hand utensils, and then reassemble the parts onto the machine using a provided diagram.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

This role operates in a traditional manufacturing environment, specifically within a facility equipped with coating lines, pouch cell assembly lines, and a suite of analytical and reliability testing equipment. The work primarily takes place on the production floor and in a wash room that is older and dimly lit. The facility expects growth as funding continues. You will be required to wear PPE, including a lab coat, safety goggles, safety shoes (not provided), gloves, and a hair net. The position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with little to no overtime.
