Job Descriptions:

• In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Database Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Database Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Database Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Database Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Database Engineering.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 5+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of Oracle database administration experience
• Oracle Migration Skills - 6 + Years
• Performance Engineering - 6 + Years
• Oracle - 6 + Years
• Database administration - 6 + Years
• Golden Gate Configuration - 4 - 6 Years
• Golden Gate Migration - 4 - 6 Years
• Mongo DB - 2 - 4 Years
• PostgreSQL - 2 - 4 Years

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of PostgreSQL administration experience
• 5+ years of experience with database engineering functions
• 3+ years of experience with MongoDB, GoldenGate, or Yugabyte
• 2+ years of performance tuning experience
• Experience with monitoring databases regularly to check for any errors such as existing locks and failed updates
• Experience leading and driving automation initiatives

Job Expectations:

• This position will require 12x7 on call support
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
