Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in technical product support specifically for Planview PPMPro.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support lead role.
- Strong background in Systems Administration.
- Previous experience in converting customer requests into effective product management strategies.
- Experience providing scripts and calculated fields within the PPMPro application.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring team members on PPMPro.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive subject matter expertise on Planview PPMPro, guiding strategic decision-making and tactical implementations related to the software.
- Work closely with leadership to advocate for the optimal use of PPMPro and facilitate the transition to new software solutions.
- Partner with the IT Department to assess application functionality, ensuring it aligns with operational needs and maximizes efficiency.
- Actively engage with users to gather feedback and transform customer requests into actionable product management initiatives.
- Coach and mentor team members on PPMPro best practices, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
