Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist | Pittsburg, CA | $17-20/hr
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client as a Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist. As a Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in handling customer service and purchase order processing. Your responsibilities will extend beyond the traditional customer service role, including assisting in the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming orders with finesse - from entering orders to conducting credit checks and resolving customer inquiries, building sales, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Keep management informed about selling trends and maintain a pulse on customer satisfaction.
  • Commit to service excellence - provide information, creative problem-solving, and timely follow-up.
  • Assist customers with product pickups from the warehouse.
  • Contribute to warehouse operations, including order pulling, loading carriers, and participating in monthly cycle counts.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Product knowledge and the ability to find references quickly.
  • Sales skills, including the ability to skillfully "build" orders.
  • Proficient computer skills for order entry, inventory lookup, quoting, and credit checking.
  • Two years of previous customer service experience.
  • Physical capability to lift 60 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Warehouse/forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
