The Sales team at Force Therapeutics is the engine that powers the acquisition of new logo business into Force's growing portfolio of Hospitals, Health Systems and Orthopedic Specialty Practices. Sales strategy and process is tightly woven into the DNA of the larger Go-to-Market team whose mission is to extend Force's reach and impact via hospitals and health system partnerships. As a leader of the Sales team, the Director of Sales leverages a deep understanding of the healthcare market when articulating the unique value that the Force platform delivers to patients and providers. We are currently looking for a Director of Sales to accelerate our new business wins while establishing a repeatable sales process.
As the Director of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to win new business so we can bring Force to millions of patients nationwide. You'll get to own a sales strategy that drives business growth, develop and retain a best-in-class sales team, and provide thought leadership in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and People teams.
What you'll do:
Sales Leadership & Strategy: You'll lead the development and execution of scalable sales strategies aimed at acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth within large healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and ASCs. You'll also be responsible for steering the Sales team toward achieving Force Therapeutics's ARR growth goals by optimizing pipeline management, refining the sales process, and setting KPIs that ensure consistent performance and market expansion.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: You'll lead high-stakes pitches for hospitals and health systems, managing the entire sales process, starting with opportunity generation and discovery through final contract negotiations. You'll drive new client wins to meet our revenue goals while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in target markets.
Team Leadership & Development: You'll build and lead a high-performance sales team that can generate a strong pipeline, create best-in-class sales enablement assets, and carry complex enterprise clients through the customer sales journey . Additionally, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Success & Strategy, and People teams to align strategies and ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
Sales Operations & Optimization: You'll be responsible for managing a disciplined sales process by implementing best practices around sales operations, including meticulous management of sales assets and ensuring data hygiene in Salesforce. You'll iterate and optimize the sales process using this data, able to identify trends in enablement that help us win more business.
Strategic Vision & Industry Expertise: You'll be the voice of Sales in Force's thought leadership by bringing insights from client interactions, using data to vocalize market trends, and strategizing how emerging developments in the healthcare market impact our sales strategy.
What you bring:
Healthcare B2B Mastery: You bring 8+ years of healthcare technology sales experience, with a deep understanding of selling into hospitals and health systems. Experience in MSK/Orthopedic markets is a plus.
Sales Leadership: You have 2+ years of proven leadership in enterprise healthcare SaaS, with experience in hiring, managing, and developing top-tier sales talent.
Data-Driven Approach: You're able to pair your ability to interpret analytics and data with Sales best practices to inform your decisions and optimize sales strategies for long-term growth.
Executive Presence: You're a charismatic communicator and a consultative seller that is capable of articulating the unique value of Force Therapeutics' platform to healthcare executives.
Resilience & Drive: You exhibit tenacity in setting and achieving ambitious goals, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The base salary range for this role is : $140,000 - $145,000 per annum*
In addition to the base salary, this role has a variable commission structure. The projected on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $200,000 - $220,000 contingent on meeting sales and performance metrics.
