We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Reports Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in developing reports using Oracle HCM Cloud's reporting tools such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher). This role requires a strong background in SQL, PLSQL, and familiarity with Oracle HCM's underlying base tables, APIs, and the functional aspects of the hire-to-retire process.
Responsibilities:
Develop reports using Oracle HCM Cloud's reporting tools, including OTBI and BIP.
Work closely with users to understand their reporting requirements and document functional specifications.
Develop and maintain reports that provide insights into HR data, including but not limited to employee information, payroll, benefits, and workforce analytics.
Create and optimize HCM Extracts to extract and load data into various systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports meet business needs and comply with data governance standards.
Utilize fast formulas to enhance report functionalities and calculations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Reports Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle database concepts.
Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and understanding of hire-to-retire processes.
Hands-on experience with OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop custom reports.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience with fast formulas for complex calculations and validations.
Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
