Position: Power Platform Developer
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Location: Richmond, BC, Canada
Reports to: Mark WestbrookManager, IT Analytics & Reporting
WhiteWater is looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to join our IT team at our Richmond head office! In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, administering, and supporting our Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy and document business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Administer and maintain Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments
- Work with end users to identify opportunities for process improvement using Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Perform requirements analysis, feasibility studies and create project plans for systems development initiatives
- Provide technical support and training for end users of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with users to monitor and improve software adoption and compliance with governance policies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or similar working experience
- 1-3 years of experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with opportunities for growth and skill development
- 1-3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), with a solid understanding of CRM business processes, concepts, and entities, and a willingness to continue learning
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365FO is an asset
- Knowledge of SQL is an asset
- Knowledge of SharePoint is an asset
- Knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, HTML, and JavaScript are assets
