Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

- Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring an excellent user experience and SEO best practices.
- Lead social media initiatives to build brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and A/B testing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
