Description Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our client relations team. In this role, you’ll assist in managing client accounts, maintaining communication, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Support senior account representatives in day-to-day account management tasks. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and account reviews. Track client interactions and maintain accurate account records. Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve issues. Contribute to client retention and growth initiatives. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
