  • Maintain an organized virtual reception area and ensure all systems function effectively, creating a professional and inviting environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, promptly addressing concerns by liaising with internal teams.

  • Organize incoming mail and packages, ensuring accurate delivery to recipients.
