Must Haves:
Energy and utility domain.
Strong IT Project Manager Who has run large vendor projects.
Projects lasting 2-3 years or longer and more than $5M.
Experience in Energy Market Applications or Utility Operations preferred.
Must be experienced with Waterfall, Agile, and Agile-Hybrid project methodology.
Extensive, hands-on experience with ADO and MPP.
Must be strong in creating and maintaining detailed project plans broken down into features, epics, and stories, with development, report configuration, data conversion, and interface work broken into points no larger than 40 hours.
Experience creating and managing burn-down charts for development efforts.
Experience forecasting and tracking defect rate and velocity.
Experience with recovery get to green plans for any schedule or resource impacts.
Able to quickly learn and utilize the business risk management methodology scoring, and reporting templates.
Experience with integrated project plans and dependencies with pitcher-catcher milestones.
Key asks:
PM who has managed a longer term project 2-3 years and over $5M.
Needs to have experience working with several vendors and watching timelines, etc.
Energy/Utility is a nice to have at this point, if not they must have finance background and app dev background.
Portland still key ask (either Portland local/relo or travel, working on if we would pay for travel or client).
