Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital media, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, digital ads, and product visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and maintain alignment with HealthBird’s brand identity.
- Assist in evolving and maintaining HealthBird’s visual guidelines to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Support marketing campaigns with compelling graphics, infographics, and illustrations.
- Resize and adapt design assets for various platforms, optimizing them for web performance.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and digital experiences.
- Manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time.
- Stay updated on design and healthcare industry trends to bring relevant, new ideas to the team.
- Make refinements to designs based on feedback, ensuring polished deliverables within project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and UX/UI design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including social media graphics, infographics, and branded marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to create bilingual materials as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, capable of taking constructive feedback and iterating as needed.
