Job Description:

Our client is looking for a skilled MEiT Coordinator to join their team. This role involves the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and information technology aspects in architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEiT systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and IT systems integration in architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team regarding MEiT aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage communication between the project team, clients, and contractors regarding MEiT matters.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on MEiT coordination.
  • Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to MEiT systems.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience in MEiT coordination.
  • Experience in coordinating mechanical, electrical, and IT aspects of architectural projects.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Revit and other design/modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and regulations.
