Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all digital campaigns for StoreForce and ThinkTime, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and emails. The right candidate for this role should understand performance marketing and have the skills to execute across a variety of digital channels, including our websites, social media platforms, email, and more. The right candidate has experience executing digital campaigns in a B2B, SaaS marketing environment, and will be instrumental in driving our online presence, optimizing our marketing efforts, and contributing to a strong pipeline of qualified leads to fuel our sales team s success. This role is based in our Toronto office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Digital Marketing Manage, execute, and report on our digital marketing initiatives.
- SEO: Lead all SEO efforts to improve organic traffic, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, as well as monitor search engine rankings. You will collaborate with the content team to ensure our digital content is optimized for search and helps drive top-of-funnel awareness.
- SEM and PPC: Manage paid search campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and display campaigns across Google and other platforms to maximize ROI. You will own the strategy and execution of our paid initiatives, including audience segmentation, keyword selection, and copy/layout creation (in collaboration with our content team) to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and ultimately revenue growth. Work with Pay-Per-Lead and Referral programs on networks like G2 and Capterra to help us optimize our bids and improve our directory/page performance.
- Website Management: Oversee the maintenance of the company websites (WordPress and Webflow), ensuring they are optimized for CRO, SEO, and B2B best practices. You will manage performance and will collaborate with the content team to ensure optimal user experience.
- Marketing Automation and Lead Nurturing: Oversee and maintain our marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to nurture leads through the funnel, integrating efforts with our CRM and working with our sales team to nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to ensure all marketing collateral such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, videos, and more, are amplified through our digital distribution strategies. You ll ensure that these assets are SEO optimized and resonate with our audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance including website, leads, CPA, conversions, and more.

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
- Post-secondary education: University graduate marketing, communications or business;
- 5-7 years experience in marketing for a B2B technology company (retail technology an asset);
- Proven track record in SEO and PPC/SEM, email marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Marketing Automation system (HubSpot), Google Console, SEMrush Google Tag Manager HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
- WordPress and Webflow experience and knowledge of front-end dev an asset.
