Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making policy changes
- Reviewing policy renewals to maintain client retention
- Fostering customer relationships
- Providing exceptional service to our clients
You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive the support and assistance they need.
Requirements
Licensing: Candidate must have an active Texas Property & Casual License.
The ideal candidate for this position must:
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn
- Be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
- Having a passion for customer service and assisting others is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Less than one year of experience is required
