About the Role
Grace Bay Resorts is seeking a skilled and innovative Digital and Graphic Design Marketing Manager to support all marketing efforts and elevate brand presence in the luxury hospitality sector. This role combines strategic thinking with creative design, focusing on enhancing guest experience, engagement and driving bookings through compelling visual and digital content throughout all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Channels: Working closely with the team, implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals, focusing on email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, website optimization and content.
- Website content: Responsible for ensuring continued website refreshes including homepage, email, content and copy updates for Grace Bay Resorts site (including all resort content).
- Partner sites: Ensure all content, copy, policies, product within partner extranet sites is current and accurate. (i.e. Leading Hotels of The World, AMEX Fine Hotels; Resorts, Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble, Tzell Travel Group etc.)
- Graphic Design: Create and produce of all graphic materials, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing designs that reflect all the Grace Bay Resorts brand identities.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content for various platforms, including website graphics, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and uphold the luxury image of Grace Bay Resorts.
- Content Calendar: Maintains and controls the master content calendar for all online initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, operations, and other departments to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and design technologies to continuously improve our marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, creative design or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, and high familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, meta, and other social media tools).
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work and successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven marketing approach.
