Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a motivated Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Intern for Spring 2025 to join our ALI Americas team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to support business intelligence initiatives that deliver meaningful insights to help drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical skills and a strong interest in transforming data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
- Data Storytelling: Develop and share data stories that convey clear, actionable insights for business leaders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Query and Dashboard Development: Assist in creating queries and dashboards to support real-time data tracking and analysis.
- Data Validation: Participate in data validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of information provided to stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a proactive, self-driven work ethic with a genuine curiosity for data and analytics.
- Experience with SQL, ideally Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting).
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Experience with dashboarding solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, or Tableau Einstein).
- Understanding of Git/version control basics (pull requests, branches).
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts (keys, joins, facts vs. dimensions).
