We are looking for a responsible Marketing Enthusiast who is an expert in managing the Marketing team. in building programs and managing the marketing technology systems.

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute the marketing strategy for big enterprise events, and 3rd party sponsorships. You will need to be an outstanding strategic thinker who is savvy about events, project management and how our customers think about solutions in relation to their business.

You'll also have the opportunity to take on special projects that test your creative chops.

Responsibilities

Strategy: Develop strategic marketing campaigns and events, and 3rd party sponsorships in the North America region. Conceptualize, produce and measure alternative event-driven marketing programs from non-traditional presence at events to thought leadership events.Creative: Understand the user experience and dream up ways to bring the organization and its Program brands to life,Execution: Execute highly effective events & experiences and build thought leadership to customers, users and key opinion formers, to drive awareness, engagement and product adoption. Oversee all aspects of event management and production: content and program development, design, AV production, vendor and agency management, logistics, invitations, promotions, etc.Communication: Interact with local and Regional Marketing and Sales teams to spread the word on the great work we do, and present work to C-level executives for feedback and approvals.

Analyze: Work with analysts to develop actionable processes to measure event effectiveness, and report on event performance and attribution (e.g. engagement, satisfaction, brand lift, pipeline, ROI)Teamwork: Work closely with the wider Growth Marketing team, other Marketing stakeholders in the Global Marketing team,, Digital Natives Go-to Market team, Digital Assets team. Be a team player by understanding their goals, seek their input and incorporate their expertise into plans. Gain their commitment and support for projects and initiatives.People Management: Manage agencies, freelancers and project teams. Onboard and train new staff.Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceAt least 7 years of event management experienceExcellent written and presentation skillsStrong project management and leadership experiencePreferred qualifications:

Strong executive presence and experience with C-Level executivesAbility to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and convey crisp business outcomes and narratives using insights and dataProven project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to completionExceptional budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work smart in a fast-paced environment.Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours.
