Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated USMC Space School Curriculum Developer and Instructor to join our team at Schriever Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado Springs, CO.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide classroom instruction consistent with Instructional System Development (ISD)/ Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
- Develop, implement, validate, and maintain training and course material that includes a mix of classroom lessons and hands-on training.
- Coordinate students and resources, document student performance throughout the courses, and provide validation of successful completion of training.
- Assist in the recording and maintenance of results from space team evaluations and qualifications.
- Interface with internal and external agencies as required maintaining up-to-date training programs.
- Have a working knowledge of all academic references, policies, and directives to include the unique requirements of administration in a Formal School.
- Assist in the establishment of program procedures, policy, and development, and maintenance of standardization documents and memorandums.
- Effectively present instruction to a wide variety of training audiences possessing different skill levels.
- Develop new course materials from scratch or update existing materials following updates to space control technology, host system upgrades, and/or C2 operational procedures.
EXPERIENCE:
- Twelve (12) years of experience space control training, planning, operations, or SATCOM-RF/Combat communications.
- Five (5) years of experience in teaching and performing curriculum development.
- Experience with one or more of the following units:
- 3 CTS and/or Delta 3 staff
- 6 EWS and BOUNTY HUNTER (BH)
- 4 EWS and Counter Communication System (CCS)
- 1st Space Brigade and Mobile Integrated Ground Suite (MIGS)
- 527th Space Aggressor Squadron
- 25th Space Range Squadron
- Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group (MIG)
- Marine Forces Space Command
- Experience with one or more of the following missions:
- Space Control
- Electromagnetic Warfare instruction
- RF/Wideband SATCOM operations
- Excellent computer, technical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
- Possess working knowledge of and experience with Operational-level command and control.
- In depth knowledge of instructional systems development applied to U.S. Government (USG) training courses.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of one or more of the following:
- Army Space Control Planner's Course
- Space Operations Officer Qualification Course
- Joint Targeting Course
- Space Control Fundamental's Course,
- Mobile Integrated Ground Suite Initial Qualification Training
- Joint Space Targeting Course
- Marine Corps Curriculum Development Course, Design Learning Experiences Course, or service equivalent.
