The OpportunityAs Associate Director of Paid Media, you'll be responsible for team leadership and hands-on client success. You'll manage 2-4 paid media consultants, with your primary objective being to ensure the team is driving client results, maintaining a positive client relationship and ensuring client retention and growth.
Core ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of Paid Media, you'll:
- Lead and develop a team of 2-4 paid media consultants, ensuring consistent quality and results
- Drive demonstrable pipeline growth and ROI on the client s investment with Powered by Search
- Oversee strategic direction of our client engagements and drive innovation across the agency
- Maintain executive-level client relationships and communication
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio
- Contribute to agency thought leadership and best practices
- Have a proven track record of driving multi-million dollar B2B SaaS paid media campaigns
- Excel at both strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
- Hold yourself and your team to exceptional standards
- Are naturally curious and continuously learning
- Can translate complex paid media concepts into clear business value
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience
- 5+ years of paid media experience, with at least 2 years managing B2B SaaS accounts
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level paid media budgets ($50K+/month)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with strong knowledge of Meta Ads
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Track record of achieving or exceeding MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets
- Remote work experience and excellent virtual communication skills
- Drive results without the typical agency constraints
- Work with premium B2B SaaS clients who respect expertise
