As part of the Enablement organization, the Senior Partner Enablement Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of training/enablement plans for key partners in the AMER/APJ regions, as well as the execution programs to engage and develop partner awareness, knowledge, and competence in the Ping platform. This role will be orchestrating activity across multiple teams across our partner lifecycle in order to implement effective programs which develop awareness, and specifically business and technical knowledge of our solutions across the partner ecosystem.
The TeamAs a Senior Partner Enablement Manager at Ping Identity, you will play a key role in being a member of a world-class centralized Enablement team, supporting our vast Partner network . The Enablement team fosters the cultural synergy between our Partners, sales engineering, selling pods and product engineering to be at the forefront of the latest and greatest at Ping. This role will report into the Sr Director, Tech Enablement.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement partner sales and technical enablement programs - working with counterparts to build and innovate enablement programs - and with all other functions that can contribute content, expertise and support to enablement programs.
- Act as the primary contact to partner leadership in the region, addressing their partner enablement priorities and needs - and ensure prompt resolution of partner enablement queries.
- Track, manage, and guide partners towards enablement objectives in coordination with cross functional teams - establishing consistent communication across all stakeholders to drive a high degree of visibility and coordinated execution - and subsequently develop plans for partners to achieve expert readiness to deploy Ping solutions.
- Define plans and expectations for partner enablement progress
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders in the region to understand evolving priorities and develop plans to address them.
- Report key performance metrics to regional stakeholders and Channels & Alliances leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, GTM Enablement to package and deliver partner-ready messaging and content.
- Enable partner access to impactful sales and technical content and tools.
- Handle partner queries received from internal and external sources, and directing the partner queries to the appropriate teams within Ping
- Identify skills and product knowledge gaps where an enablement program would have a significant impact - and close those gaps with program enhancements or the application of existing assets.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver compelling enablement material.
- Build comprehensive plans for knowledge retention, including communication, training, and knowledge checks.
- Drive adoption and support of global training and enablement courses and programs.
- Plan, deliver, host, participate, execute, and support real-time live and virtual events hosted by the Sales and Tech Enablement Team, such as Kick-Off, Mid-Year QBRs, Onboarding Programs, Webinars
- Be an active participant in all of the Enablement Programs
- 6+ years of proven experience of working cross-functionally in an enablement and/or project management role in a matrix-oriented, multinational environment with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Management, Sales Training/Development/Enablement within an organization.
- Experience working directly with partners - global SIs and Regional SIs - and complex enterprise software solutions
- Understanding of security software, identity and access management industry
- Ability to work with leadership/stakeholders across multiple groups and levels
- Excellent attention to detail, computer skills; fluent in GSuite, project management skills, time management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence at all levels
- Knowledge of LMS (learning management systems), and CMS (content management systems)
- The ability to be self-motivated and directed
- Bring a solid understanding and passion for adult learning and measuring program effectiveness
- Working hours range on average from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. Due to the global nature of Ping's business, working outside of these hours may be required in order to fulfill job requirements
- Minimal travel for hosting events may be required - up to 10%
- Travel may also be required for in-person events such as SKO, QBR, Identiverse, Youniverse and in-office Tuesdays
- Expertise with Ping products and services
- Language skills to support region
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SmartSheet, Partner Portals, Highspot, Docebo and use of technology systems to scale and deliver enablement
Base Hiring Range: $146,000-$166,000
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
